Brian Evans, DDS MS, earned his B.S. with honors from Lyon College and his D.D.S. and M.S. in Oral Biology from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and Health Sciences Center, where he also completed specialty training in periodontics and dental implants. A former U.S. Navy staff periodontist and mentor in the Advanced Education for General Dentistry program, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for meritorious service. Dr. Evans is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, Attending Periodontist at Yale New Haven Hospital, co-founder of the Advanced Periodontics Study Club, and author of "Everything You Need to Know About Dental Surgery". He received the Harvey Cedarbaum Outstanding Educator Award and is consistently recognized annually as one of Connecticut’s Top Doctors.
