This course is to discuss the life of a working mother in dentistry for all roles in the dental office. The lecture showcases the many different hats they wear including being the primary care giver of their children while taking care of patients. Some things to consider are the hours of operation and how to handle childcare and facing mom guilt. They spend more time at the dental office than with their loved ones.

After this course, you will be able to
• Understand mom guilt and how to handle these emotions.
• Manage stress so that they don’t bring it home and vice versa.
