Molly Williams spent 23 years in nonprofit administration trying to “save the world” before she burned out and realized it was time to save herself. Now an executive life coach armed with holistic health expertise, Molly is bringing best wellness practices from her own reinvention and recovery back to corporate America. Her mission is to give hard-working professionals the support and tools they need to stay healthy and thrive—at work and home! 


Molly attended Georgetown University undergrad, has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, and laughs when she says neither of them taught her anything about the work she is now doing! Molly calls herself the Stress-Reduction Crusader and Ambassador of Joy.
